1. Information prior to the contracting process
This website www.saviabrutaflowerschool.com is owned by SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL, tax ID (CIF) B-13904008, with registered office at CALLE EDUARDO MARQUINA Nº 32, Madrid 28019, incorporated for an indefinite period on 6 May 2014 by public deed registered in the Madrid Companies Register.
The General Terms of Contract govern the distance-selling relationship between SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Terms of Contract, Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL reserves the right to make any changes it considers appropriate to the General Terms, without prior notice. Such changes may be made through its pages, by any means admissible in law, and will be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by later ones. However, SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Terms of Contract taking precedence over these General Terms when it considers it appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.
The purpose of the website is to offer and advertise the sale of all kinds of courses on teaching floral design.
The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the terms of use and these general terms of contract. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity required to access the websites of SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL and to contract through them.
To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online shop.
Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that the user provides a valid email address during the purchase process. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours of completing the order, please contact SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL. SL on the customer service phone number or by email at hola@saviabrutaflowerschool.com.
When placing the order, the customer will receive an invoice or a copy of the order.
2. Offers and validity
In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and its validity will always be indicated together with its essential characteristics.
In compliance with current regulations, SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL provides information on all the items for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL reserves the right to withdraw, restock or change the products offered through its website, simply by changing its content. In this way, the products offered at any time on the website will be governed by the General Terms of Contract in force in each case. Likewise, the company may stop offering access to the products mentioned at any time and without prior notice.
3. Essential characteristics of the products
The products offered in our online shop include a photograph and their essential characteristics. The colour of the product seen in the photograph is not binding. It is identified in the characteristics.
4. Guarantees
All products offered on the website are covered by the supplier's commercial guarantee. SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL has an after-sales service; while the guarantee is in force, the customer may claim it by contacting the SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL premises, the after-sales service, by email at hola@saviabrutaflowerschool.com or at the points established by the supplier itself. 5. Prices
All products show the sale price in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax applies, this will be indicated.
6. Shipping costs
SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SHOOL S.L. does not make any kind of shipment.
7. Payment methods and order processing
The customer may pay for their order using any of the following methods. They must indicate their choice during the purchase process:
VISA or MASTERCARD credit or debit card, or PAYPAL
All transactions involving the transmission of personal or bank data are carried out in a secure environment, on a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you send us travels encrypted across the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly into Stripe (payment gateway) and are not entered or stored on any SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL server.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following details: the card number, the expiry date and a Validation Code matching the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering greater guarantees regarding the security of the transaction. This payment method is only valid on the website.
If the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In that case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was actually made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or termination, and the cancellation of the charge was therefore demanded improperly, the cardholder will be obliged to compensate SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL for the damages caused as a result of that cancellation.
8. Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints
As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
If you have had any problem with your order, we want to be the first to know. It happens very rarely, but if it does, contact us and SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL undertakes to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale. 11. Jurisdiction
Likewise, SAVIA BRUTA FLOWER SCHOOL SL reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions it considers appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for breach of these terms.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence.
